NOTICE OF TEMPORARY FUEL SURCHARGE FOR LAUNCH SERVICES
Arrow Launch Service is issuing this notice to inform customers of a Temporary Fuel Surcharge Supplement requested due to a unprecedented, significant and sustained increase in diesel fuel prices.
This surcharge applies to the hourly rate for a launch vessel and operator and, if approved, will appear as a separate line item on all launch‑service invoices. Each surcharge period is authorized in 30‑day intervals, and Arrow Launch Service will continue to request additional periods as long as elevated fuel costs persist.
2026 Hourly Fuel Surcharge Dates and Rates:
March 21 - April 20, 2026 $3.00 per hour
April 24 - May 23, 2026 $6.25 per hour
May 24 - June 23, 2026 $8.50 per hour
